The Halo Sunburst Wall Clock is cut from pale natural wood. A plain round wooden face sits in the middle, and around it dozens of thin wooden strips cross over one another to form an open lattice of triangles, like rays of light. There are no numbers, just slim black hour and minute hands and a red second hand.
Because the lattice is open, the wall shows through it and the clock casts a soft patterned shadow when the light comes from the side. It runs on a quartz movement and a battery, so there is no cable to hide.
At 12 inch, about 30 cm across, it suits a living room, a home office or a calm bedroom wall, and looks best on white, cream or soft grey paint. Part of the CasaQuip home collection.
