Most are. The clocks listed as silent quartz or silent sweep, such as the Nordic, Nork, Sorana, Marlow, Walnut Luminous, Sunset Glass and the Pendulum clock, have no ticking. The Movement line on each product page says which type it has.

Standard AA batteries: one for most clocks, two for the Pendulum clock. Batteries are not included, so pick some up before it arrives. The Movement line on each product page has the detail.

Most are around 30 cm, or 12 inches, across, and several come in a choice of 25 to 40 cm. The 3D Metal clock is the largest at up to 58 cm. The exact size is under Specifications on each product page.

UK delivery is free and tracked on every order. Most orders arrive in 5 to 10 working days, and larger pieces can take up to 15. Each product page shows an estimated arrival date, and we email you the tracking number as soon as your order ships. We also deliver to the EU, the United States and Canada.

Yes. You have 30 days from delivery to send it back, and we refund the item price once it is back with us. Email info@casaquip.com and we reply within 24 hours with the return address. If anything arrives damaged or faulty, we cover the return postage.
