The Hive Wall Clock is a round of pale natural wood cut into an open pattern, so the wall shows through and the clock feels light rather than solid. There are two designs. Honeycomb fills the face with small hexagon cut outs and a cluster of darker toned hexagons at the centre. Web runs fine straight lines of wood across the ring in every direction around a plain round centre.
Neither design has numbers. Black hour and minute hands and a red second hand keep it easy to read. It runs on a quartz movement and a battery, so there is no cable.
At around 32 cm across it suits a kitchen, a living room or a home office, and works best on a plain white or soft coloured wall. Part of the CasaQuip home collection.
