The Minimalist Pendulum Wall Clock takes the old idea of a swinging pendulum and strips it back to two materials. A round white acrylic dial with a thin black ring carries small black numerals and slim black hands; a bar of pale red oak runs straight down through the face and out below it, ending in a small oak disc that swings gently side to side.
The clock stands 55 cm tall and 40 cm wide. The movement is silent, and the pendulum is driven by the same mechanism, so the swing is smooth and quiet. It takes two AA batteries and hangs from a hanger on the back.
